All Sales Are Final
All products sold by USChemLabs.com are for research purposes only and not for human consumption. Because of this, all sales are final once shipped. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened, used, or improperly stored items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

Claims made after 3 days may not be honored
Replacements or refunds are issued at our sole discretion based on the circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once the fulfillment process has begun, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
